We offer a wide variety of employment opportunities for students and adults for our seasonal positions (spanning from May to October), and for our year-round full time positions.

In our peak season, we have up to 1,300 seasonal employees working in unique roles such as Historic Interpreters, Welcome Ambassadors and Tour Guides. Whether you are building skills for a particular career or looking for a fun summer job, Niagara Parks can offer you the opportunity to be included in an energetic team that is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to its visitors.

Our team also includes approximately 300 full-time employees working in departments such as Marketing, Finance, Culinary Services and Golf Operations. We post a variety of opportunities, varying from short-term contracts (to assist the business with additional projects or initiatives), longer fixed term contracts (to provide coverage for employee maternity leaves or other leaves of absences) and permanent roles (year round employment). These positions are recruited for on an as needed basis, as determined by the business.

Our Founding Principles

The Niagara Falls Park Act was passed on March 30, 1885 by the Ontario Legislature, with two principles that continue to guide our operations today:

  • The Niagara Parks should be financially self-supporting.
  • As far as is possible, the Niagara Parks should be free to the public.
