Niagara Parks Winter Golf Academy Update

With great weather on the horizon, be prepared for the challenges of the golf season ahead!

Niagara Falls, ON – The Niagara Parks Commission’s (NPC) new Winter Golf Academy at Legends on the Niagara Golf complex is in full swing, helping golfers prepare and improve their game ahead of the upcoming golf season!

The indoor school, which is housed within the main clubhouse at Legends on the Niagara, is complete with one of the best golf simulators on the market today. Guests can choose to practice alone or challenge their friends to a round, playing some of the most well-known golf courses in the world, including Pebble Beach and Pinehurst. The Academy offers private instruction and each hitting bay features video and Flightscope technology, to provide feedback on ball and club speed, launch angles and more.

The Academy is excited to also provide guests with the opportunity to improve their overall physical fitness this off-season, with the help of renowned health and fitness authority, Nathane Jackson. Guests are encouraged to book a session with Nathane to fully appreciate the difference a golf conditioning workout can have on their physical fitness and overall golf performance. As the golf season quickly approaches, Niagara Parks is also pleased to continue its support and partnership with Special Olympics Ontario, particularly the Niagara Special Olympics Golf Program. Athletes from the Golf Program are currently training at the Winter Golf Academy, using the indoor facility to advance their skills and development until they can hit the links once again this spring!
